Rapeseed oil is a vegetable oil obtained from rape seeds.
For a long time, rapeseed oil was used only for technical purposes, but thanks to the success of bioengineering at the end of the 20th century, varieties were developed that do not contain harmful substances for the human body. Rapeseed oil (canola) is very similar in properties to olive oil. In rapeseed oil, fatty acids are ideally crossed, mainly linoleic and linolenic acids. Deficiency of these components can lead to serious circulatory disorders. Eating rapeseed oil maintains the walls of blood vessels in an elastic state, improves heart function, and prevents thrombosis.
