PRODUCTION OF MIXED FEED

For the production of mixed fodder, the company has installed:
- a granulation
line - an extrusion line.

Granulation line

Raw materials are fed to multi-component scales with the help of pneumatic transport. Dosing of raw materials is automated and takes place in accordance with the recipe developed by the laboratory. The feed granulation line makes it possible to exclude the development of harmful microflora, ensure compactness during transportation, and reduce conversion when feeding animals and birds. The granulation line is also used for bran granulation.

extrusion line

The extrusion line is designed to produce extruded feed, as well as the extrusion of soybeans and wheat.

Feed is distributed in polypropylene bags of 35-40 kg.

The main technological process in the production of animal feed - the granulation process allows:

• reduce mechanical losses during transportation and distribution;
• reduce feed consumption per unit of production;
• reduce the mortality of farm animals and poultry;
• increase productivity;
• reduce feeding times.
